Help, tips and tricks
Checklist to keep your Gravity Lifter working perfectly:
Are all the device’s plugs connected?
On the Mini models, the LEDs light up shortly after connection to the power supply.
On the Crystal models, the column lights up after switching-on with the remote control. Is the puck the right way up?
Make sure that the wavy side is underneath and the smooth side with the “Top” sticker face-up.
Is the device on a level surface?
Use a spirit level to check whether the Gravity Lifter is horizontal.
Is it sufficiently far away from magnetic and metal objects?
Even weak magnetic fields in the surroundings or metal objects can disturb the device’s delicate sensors. The distance from all magnetic and metal objects should be at least 30 cm.
Is the positioner correctly positioned?
The positioner must point forwards and to the left when the Usables sticker is visible at the front. On a clock face, this would be a quarter to six.
Is the battery pack flat? (Only applies to separate battery packs.)
Make sure that the battery pack is charged.
